The St. Mary Volleyball Program and Mountain Athletic Club Volleyball is offering their annual instructional and developmental House League Program for girls and boys in grades 5 to 8 starting Sunday, Jan. 3 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Secondary School in Hamilton.
Volleyball novices will spend an hour learning and developing basic skills followed by a one-hour playing session. The program runs for 10 weeks.
