Hamilton Bulldogs Owner and Chairman Michael Andlauer and Hamilton Entertainment and Convention Facilities Inc. (H.E.C.F.I.) Chief Executive Officer Duncan Gillespie announced today that the hockey club has signed a three-year lease extension for Copps Coliseum as the prime tenant. The ‘Dogs also announced that they have extended their management services agreement with H.E.C.F.I. through the 2012-2013 season. “As we near the end of what has been an extremely successful regular season on the ice and prepare for what we hope will be a long run in the Calder Cup Playoffs, I’m excited that we’ve also been successful off the ice in signing a three-year extension to both our lease of Copps Coliseum and management partnership with H.E.C.F.I.”, stated Hamilton Bulldogs Owner and Chairman Michael Andlauer. “During the past three years, I feel strongly that we and H.E.C.F.I. have learned a lot about what it will take to strengthen and build our partnership, and we’re looking forward to working with them through the 2012-2013 season to make the Hamilton Bulldogs successful both on and off the ice.”

“H.E.C.F.I. is looking forward to our continued partnership with the Hamilton Bulldogs. This new agreement will allow both organizations to maximize their resources with a renewed focus on what they each do best”, said H.E.C.F.I. Chief Executive Officer Duncan Gillespie. “H.E.C.F.I. will continue to promote top-quality events with an emphasis on fan experience and the Bulldogs can focus on bringing another Calder Cup Championship to Hamilton.”
