The Mohawk men slipped two positions to seventh place in a field of 16 teams after the second round of the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association Golf Championships at the Raven Golf Club in Lora Bay on Tuesday (Oct. 5).
Humber has a large lead in the men’s team event. Individually, Kyle Harber led Mohawk with his second straight six over par 78 for a 156 total. Andrew Farlow shot 86 and is at 164 with one round to play. J.D. Shaw carded 84 for 165, Kyle Stephenson had an 82 for 171, and Brandon Taylor shot 89 and sits at 182.
Mark Hoffman of Humber leads the individual competition at one under par 143 after shooting two under 70 in round two. He is two strokes ahead of Niagara’s Ryan Curran who carded a 73. First round leader Adrian Cord of Humber is now third a further two shots back after a 75.
