Loss leaves Bulldogs in last place

The Grand Rapids Griffins defeated the Hamilton Bulldogs, 5-2, at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Wednesday (Nov. 23) in American Hockey League play. The defeat left Hamilton in fifth and last place in the Western Conference’s North Division, one point behind the Griffins.

Grand Rapids tied the score on a marker by Garnett Exelby 42 seconds into the third period. The hosts took the lead at 5:21 of the third frame on a tally by Landon Ferraro, which would stand as the winner.
