Brantford Minor Softball Association is host for a Certified Softball Administrator Program aimed at conflict management. The one-day workshop is set for Saturday, March 31 at the T.B. Costain/SC Johnson Community Centre, 16 Morrell Street. There is no cost for the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. workshop.
The workshop focus is on basic skills for identifying root causes of conflict and developing strategies and techniques to achieve resolution. The session will define the key elements of conflict and their five stages. Participants will be able to Identify root causes of conflict and use the basic principles for resolution, especially with challenging personalities.

Space is limited to 20 participants. Each participant receives a CSAP Binder and a limited edition SAFE STAR 2GB USB Drive pre-loaded with valuable materials. The binder is designed to be a resource for participants, with room for additional information and workbooks for future CSAP workshops.
