The Hamilton Minor Peewee AAA Cardinals scored in the first three innings and coasted to a 10-0 Central Ontario Baseball Association win over the Twins on Wednesday at Tom Chater Park in Mississauga.

A Twins’ error combined with RBI singles by Joel Wallace, Tommy Thompson, Jared Hill, and Sean Pettener in the first inning and Ryan Magdic’s run scoring safety in the second inning highlighted Hamilton’s early offense.

Steven Lemay racked up two RBI on one hit.

The Twins were unable to solve pitcher Hill, who handcuffed Mississauga to a solitary hit. Hill gave up just two walks and struck out three during his three innings of work.

The win improved the Cards league play to 13-8.
