Foreman’s 4-point night produces first win


mccoysDUNDAS—Stoney Creek played well General-ly until the roof fell in, in the final two minutes of the first period as they dropped a 10-3 decision to the Dundas Real McCoys in Allan Cup Hockey action Friday night (Nov. 22) in the JL Grightmire Arena.

Stoney Creek entered the game in third place with a .500 record of three wins and three losses. The McCoys, however, were looking for their first win of the season and they got it.

Sunday, Dundas travels to Norwood to play the Vipers in the Asphodel-Norwood Arena at 6:30 p.m.

Jordan Foreman, a recent addition to the Dundas line-up, paced the attack with a goal and three assists. Cam Watson added a pair of goals. Player-coach Jay McKee connected for a goal and an assist. Simon Mangos, Kevin Bolibruck, Jerry Galway, Steve Hurst, Scott Stafford, and Blair Stayzer had a goal each. Scott Mifsud, Justin Davis and Ryan Christie set up two-scoring plays apiece.

Kyle Zettler, Cole McNeil, and Scott Croxall replied for Stoney Creek.
