Playing in Keswick, the team put together an unbeaten string of four preliminary game before completing the perfect weekend. Leading up to the title taking tilt, Blessed Sacrament posted scores of 47-24 over BC Troyka, 63-42 against North Region, 72-36 versus York South, and finally 52-28 against Etobicoke.

The championship final was a testy affair against a strong Durham City West team, which had beaten Blessed Sacrament in league play a few weeks earlier. After an intense championship final that featured four technical fouls, one ejection, and a nine-point deficit, the Hamilton-based team came back and won 52-48.

All team members are from the Hamilton, Ancaster and Brantford areas. This was the first tournament victory for the team this season.
