The Hamilton Cardinals Minor Midget team won the Lewiston, N.Y., Lancers tournament, going undefeated in five games including an 11-4 win over the Northern Ohio Hurricanes in the championship baseball game (July 25).
David Ertl got his second win of the weekend pitching in the final, allowing one earned run on six hits and no walks.
