Was the bus ride enjoyable? Maxim Lapierre, recalled by the Montreal Canadiens on Monday, is back with the Hamilton Bulldogs.

The 21-year-old Lapierre was summonsed for the Canadiens National Hockey League game against the Buffalo Sabres in Montreal on Monday night and returned to the American Hockey League team on Tuesday. He did not take part in the game.

The 6-foot-2, 201-pound native of St-Leonard, Quebec, has registered four points (3-1-4) and 14 penalty minutes in five games with the Bulldogs this season.

The Bulldogs next game is on Wednesday (Oct. 25) against the Toronto Marlies at Copps Coliseum. Gametime is 7.30 p.m.
