The Hamilton Bulldogs got back into the winning ways, cooling off the Heat, 2-1, on Wednesday (Nov. 18) night in Abbobtsford, B.C. J.T.Wyman and David Desharnais scored while Curtis Sanford earned the American Hockey League win in goal. The win avenged a loss to the Heat 24 hours earlier.

The Bulldogs took a 2-0 lead at 2:35 of the middle frame. Mike Glumac skated down the right side boards before sending a pass to Desharnais, who was positioned in front of the net. Desharnais one-timed a shot between the legs of Keetley.
The Heat cut the lead in half with a power-play goal four minutes later. Keith Seabrook received a pass from Colin Stuart before skating towards the net from the left point. Seabrook wristed a shot that sailed over the glove of goaltender Curtis Sanford.
The Bulldogs travel to Manitoba, for the third game of a four-contest road trip, to battle the Moose on Friday (Nov. 20) at 8:30 p.m. EST.
