Futures East Invitiational in Oshweken on March 5-6


This year’s Futures East Invitational Competition will be held March 5-6 at the Gaylord Powless Arena, 1738 Fourth Line, Oshweken.

More than 450 recreational skaters from Fort Erie to Tillsonburg, including skaters from the greater Hamilton area will compete, some for the first time. The youngest skater is 4. Special Needs skaters range in age from 17 – 50 according to competition chair Shana Barnard. Regardless of age, they come to Futures East to show what they can do and to have fun doing it.

For those wishing to stop in and see what these industrious skaters have accomplished, admission is $3.00 per day and tickets can be purchased at the door.
