Trio of cage recruits excite Marauders' coach
McMaster's basketball Marauders have added some "home grown" talent to their roster for the 2008-09 Ontario University Athletics season. Cam Michaud (Grimsby) and Jordan Tew (Dundas) will wear the maroon and grey for coach Joe Raso.

Former Hamilton Cardinal Sean Reilly had two triples and a two-run homer and plated seven runs to carry the Guelph Royals to a 15-6 senior Intercounty Baseball League win over his former teammates.

Mac swimmers in sync with Ontario for gold
The Ontario Synchronized Swimming Club, which includes six members of the McMaster team, captured the gold medal at the recent Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA) 12th World Master's Championships in Perth, Australia.
